Shipping policy

All shipping fees are the customers responsibility. Shipping fees during checkout are based on the USPS rates for the shipping location and product weight.
We process orders within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) once the order has been confirmed. 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Does nahva bloom ship internationally?

nahva bloom currently only ships to the United States.

Can I add multiple addresses during checkout?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

Which carrier does nahva bloom use to ship orders?

All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Can I use multiple credit cards to place my order?

We are only able to process one credit card per order. 

I placed an order but I listed the incorrect address and/or I choose the wrong item. Can I change the address and/or change the item selected after the order has been placed?

We start working on orders as soon as we receive confirmation of the order so we are unable to change items, update shipping items, or cancel orders.. Please review your contact information and the items in the order details before checking out as all sales are final and refunds will not be issued. 

I listed the wrong address when I checked out.

We are not responsible for orders that aren't delivered due to an incorrect address entered. All sales are final and will not be refunded. The shipping cost will not be refunded. A new order will need to be placed with the correct address. 

I just placed an order, will I get a confirmation? 

After submitting an order, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship, you will receive a second email that provides the USPS tracking information for your shipment.

I need to ship items to different addresses.

We are only able to ship each other to one shipping address so different orders will need to be placed for each address.
