Refund policy
At nahva bloom, we take the utmost care in making our handmade products and we make most of our items once the order has been placed. Due to the nature of handmade items, imperfections are inevitable. We make every effort to provide thorough details in our product description for our customers to make an informed decision before purchasing our products. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We are unable to cancel any orders once the order has been confirmed and processed. We also do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
Eligible items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, attached to the earring card, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at nahvabloom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery regarding the damaged item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
